Q I am outside of the UK , can I order without VAT?

Q What is your "Swap Out" Warranty?
This means that in the event of a fault within your warranty period which we cannot repair we will provide a replacement unit and collect the faulty unit , completely free of charge.
Q What is your "RTB" Warranty?
This means that in the event of a fault after the first year's warranty period we would ask you to return the faulty unit to us. We will then repair it free of charge and return it to you at our expense.
