Counting Pre-Sorted Coins

Being able to count a batch of pre-sorted coins automaticall saves time and money. Our pre-sorted coin counters do exactly that.

A coin counter as the name suggests counts coins. High speed coin counters such as the COU1001 take a batch of the same type of coin and count it at very high speed with the option of dispensing set amounts at a time into bags for banking etc.

With a pre-sorted coin counter the machine does all the hard work for you. You can simply pour all the coins into the machine and it will count the number of coins , pausing for bag quantities as required. A pre-sorted coin counter is a little different to a coin counter & sorter; it still counts the coins but it doesn’t count a mass of different coins. You can put a load of coins of the same kind into the machine and this will count the amount for you. The advantage of this machine is that it’s ideal for bagging. For example most brass coins are counted into bags of £1, you can empty a large batch of 1ps into the machine and it will dispense 100 1p's at at time then bag that amount.

Due to the coins being pre sorted beforehand this type of machine can count exceptionally fast and a lot faster than mixed coin counters at up 2300 coins per minute. The machine is not limited to only UK coins either it can count pre-sorted coins from other currencies as well such as Euros and cents. These types of machines are amazingly reliable and robust and are a must if your company deals with a lot of payment via coins.
